1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Returns: You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
• After the returning period is over, Al Mahboob International will not entertain returns.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment.
4. Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided, using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.
• If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
• If your return is not approved (e.g., the item is damaged, used, or outside the return window), we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within the return period. You may need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Refund for Shipping Fees

We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the item is defective.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our regular return procedure once you receive the item.
